WorldWide #JELLYWEEK 2012 in Greece

The WorldWide JellyWeek 2012, #jellyweek, is taking place between the 16th and the 22nd of January, This year 62 self-organized communities from 22 countries will unite under a message of coworking.

Accessibility, community and collaboration are the core values of these coworkers – Jellies – who participate in the informal coworking sessions that are organized.

The Greek communities of Jelly Athens  and Jelly Ioannina are members of this global initiative.

In Athens, the coworking and community space Loft2work, (Iera Odos 38, Τ.Κ. 10435, Kerameikos) is supporting the global movement. The will host for free for all workshops and events JellyWeek.

Program

16th Jan. 5 – 7 pm Ability Spotting – Liberating the green pen!
Olga Karatza – Psychologist (Greek)

18th Jan. 12 – 2 pm Introduction on the seven levels of existence
by Art of Living (English) Note: The workshop was originally scheduled for the 17th but due to the possibility of a strike of public transport it shifted. Thank you for your understanding, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

18th Jan 5 – 7 pm The Enterprising Self
An exploration of the ‘individual’ as an ‘enterprise’ which can create positive futures.
Despina Tsalavouti – Organizational Development & Communications
(Τhe language of the workshop will be applied to the needs of the audience.)

19th Jan. 10 am – 6 pm Open Jelly Day
All-day-long Jelly at Loft2work. The day is dedicated to Europe.

Connecting spaces and dots

Part of the Jelly team…meaning our Community Empowering Officer, Konstantina, is these days in Vienna. As we are setting up new projects, we are using the opportunity to connect with other coworking spaces e.g. Sektor5 and entrepreneurial or innovative initiatives like The Hub Vienna or STARTEurope.

Sektor5, founded by Karin Ruthard and Yves Schulz and created in the heart of Vienna’s traditional 5th district a space where innovation meets a different mindset of creation.
